The pipeline we build
Checkout to CRM to fulfillment to carrier, with tracking and status flowing back to the customer at each step. We run multi-store ShipStation with per-store status mapping, warehouse routing, and 3PL and fulfillment-network coordination when inventory lives in more than one place.
The connective work between systems is automated into repeatable commands and watched by continuous monitoring, so a stalled order surfaces as an event rather than as an angry customer.
Subscription and continuity billing
We operate direct-response CRM platforms, including Konnektive and Sticky.io, for subscription and continuity programs: recurring billing cycles, decline salvage, and the order routing that feeds CRM-originated orders into the same fulfillment pipeline as storefront orders.
One pipeline and one set of runbooks, whether an order begins at checkout or on a rebill.

- Chargeback workflow. Evidence handling and structured response, run as a documented process.
